Having started with Clairol in 1980, when the entire sales force was eliminated, I made the decision to be done working for a large manufacturer and be accountable to myself and I have never looked back. Having sold everything from gourmet food to home décor, and gifts, I have seen incredible changes in the industry and the challenge it represents. Love this industry and the amazing customers/associates we all have worked with. As well as I imagined, I do still own a fax and have recently graduated from a flip phone into the new century.
