We’re building a team of Brand Concierges who take pride in owning and growing their territory. Our Brand Concierges support boutiques, specialty retailers, spas, garden centers, and home stores. We help retailers discover products, grow their business, and stay competitive in a rapidly changing retail landscape. You’ll represent a strong, curated line package and serve as the connection between your brands and your accounts. You show up, follow through, and take ownership of your results.

Just Got 2 Have It is a women-owned B2B sales agency founded on creativity, strong relationships, and a passion for the gift and home industry. We represent a curated collection of top brands and partner with independent retailers to help their businesses grow. 
 

What You’ll Do 
This is a true outside sales role with full ownership of your territory. 

• Build and grow relationships with independent retailers 
• Prospect, open, and develop new accounts 
• Manage your territory like a business, planning your time and travel 
• Represent a curated line package of leading brands 
• Help retailers make smart buying decisions that drive their sales 
• Follow through on orders, communication, and service 
• Stay on top of trends and bring ideas to your customers

• Strong relationship builder with the ability to prospect and open new business 
• Organized and able to manage a full territory 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Naturally curious, stays on top of trends, and genuinely enjoys shopping and discovering new product 
• Gift industry experience is a plus, not required

Compensation: 1099 position, commission-based, unlimited income potential 
Work Location: Must reside within the territory, fully remote, on the road 
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
