Just Got 2 Have It is hiring!  We are a women-owned sales agency in the gift and home decor industry. We’ve curated a collection of the hottest brands in retail that we distribute to boutiques, spas, mercantiles, garden centers, home stores, and more. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic person to hit the road and join our sales team as a Brand Concierge.
 
Do you have what it takes to be a Brand Concierge? Job responsibilities include:
 
-Relationship Management.
Service accounts, in-person consultations, deliver white glove customer service, and cultivate long term relationships with our wholesale and vendor partners.
 
-Sales Insights and Forecasting.
Advise customers, analyze market trends, craft sales strategies, and help your clients make calculated risks that pay off big.
 
-Innovative Thinking.
Find new accounts, position brands in untapped markets, execute creative merchandising designs, and always be looking to the future.
 
-Self Reliance.
Our sales rep jobs have unlimited income potential. You manage and grow in-person relationships, and we will give you the tools and support you need to grow!

 

The position requires a motivated, results-driven Brand Concierge to take the lead. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.  If you are competitive, self-motivated and hungry to earn uncapped earning potential, we’re excited to talk with you. We are looking for someone who has a passion to help both retailers and our vendors grow their business. Candidate will work with retailers including: gift stores, boutiques, apparel stores, upscale boutiques, spas, and resorts as well as seek out new business.

 

We are seeking qualified Brand Concierge in these territories:

Eastern North Carolina

Vermont / Western New Hampshire

Tennessee

Montana / Idaho

Central & Central Coastal California 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School diploma
  • 1+ years in an outside sales position
  • Track record of superior performance metrics
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Intermediate computer skills – Outlook, Excel, MS Office Programs and order entry systems
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Familiarity with CRM software

 

Additional Job Details

  • Compensation: 1099 position, commission, bonuses, other forms
  • Work Location: multiple locations, fully remote, on the road
