I have been a sales rep within the gift industry for most of my adult life. I began my retail career as a part-time sales associate at a local Hallmark store, and from there, I continued to advance my career into a management position. Since moving back to Kansas from Upstate New York, I have been a manager, buyer, and store owner and then encouraged to become a Sales Rep. I understand my customer's needs because I am genuinely a merchant at heart.
